Remote but connected.
The complex pandemic situation forces us to make quick decisions designed to protect our colleagues from tangible danger and ensure that they are maximally distanced from unwanted contact with the ubiquitous virus. Our decision was to extend the remote work mode until May 2021.
But no matter what, we remain a united team and succeed in adapting to the current realities, which we are sure are temporary. We hold regular online meetings to discuss important work issues, and also make weekly calls to support each other, hear familiar voices, share the news, and just crack life-affirming jokes.
Outsourcing in a Remote Work Environment
As we have worked with many clients remotely for many years, the change isn’t as dramatic as it could be. Our workflows are adapted to remote work, and we are lucky that game development is the field that can be so easily transferred in full online mode. After all, our product is online, too.
The new way of life has shown how games can bring us joy when many other types of entertainment become inaccessible. For many people in gaming, this is the time when they decide that there will be no better time to implement their dream game project. And for us as a company that provides game art services, it means more creative challenges.
We look forward to shaking hands again and continuing to contribute to the exciting world of game development shoulder to shoulder.
In the meantime, we will do it remotely.
