#DIVERSITY
We are equally happy to see people of any gender, age, race, orientation and religion in the company. Offensive or demeaning jokes, innuendo and memes on such topics are unacceptable.
#CONFIDENCE
Our work is built on mutual trust. We trust our colleagues as real professionals who are responsible for their work, and they are firmly convinced that the company will fulfill all its obligations regarding them.
#TRANSPARENCY
Our company strives to make all decision-making processes and procedures as clear and transparent as possible. We maintain open communication within the team, and all decisions and expectations are always discussed together.
#CREATIVE PASSION
People here care about the work itself. That usually shows in the level of involvement on each project — ideas are challenged, details are refined, and solutions are discussed until they make sense in practice, not just on paper.

All departments work harmoniously for a common result and always ready to help each other if there are any difficulties. No one is left alone with their issue: we adhere to the principle of all for one and one for all and know how to work in a team.
#OPEN DOOR POLICY
The company has developed a culture of open doors, where any request, proposal or wish can be addressed to either any of the directors or to the CEO. We welcome new ideas and always implement them if they are useful to optimize work processes and achieve excellent result.

TRUSTED BY THE GREAT COMPANIES

We are happy to contribute to the growth of the game development industry and feel responsible for every project we take on. Our success is the success of our clients.
Kevuru Games flexibility and willingness to work quickly despite all issues resulted in a successful product upon first review. They produced good work, and the end product has positive reviews and no major crashes. They provided good feedback, and weren’t afraid of making suggestions that would improve the end product.
James Kucera
Former Head of Mobile Development, Bandai Namco America
It was a pleasure working with Kevuru Games. They’re very professional and understand the slot business very well. On top of that they had good suggestions regarding the animations and art style which we incorporated into our games. I will definitely work with them in the future.
Amichai Naveh Marmor
Games Director at Techona
We found Kevuru for animation via an extensive animation test comparing many vendors. Kevuru’s work stood out with realism in all details. They kept it up since then doing most of character animations for Stormdivers summer 2018 release and the closed beta. Everything within a tight schedule. Roksolana Kordiuk, 3D Animation Expert

Roksolana Kordiuk

3D Animation Expert

Roksolana Kordiuk studied animation alongside a computer science degree before moving into games.

Experience: She began her career animating AR experiences and commercials, then grew from animator and rigger to Lead 3D Animator at Kevuru Games.

Mission: She bridges code and animation directly, building fully functional systems that run inside the game engine rather than static visual assets.

Projects: VR insect simulator Birdly (Gold NYX Game Award for Creature Design).

Inspiring challenge: The constant churn of game engines and their updates motivates her to constant learning — and keeps her workflows flexible enough to adapt to whatever a client or dev team needs, especially on full-cycle projects.

Vitalii Khokh, Head of Engineering and Unity Expert

Vitalii Khokh

Head of Engineering & Unity Expert

Vitalii Khokh has spent 11 years in the gaming industry as part of a 21-year programming career.

Experience: Wide background in narrative games, multiplayer systems, live-ops, real estate apps, and VR tours.

Mission: He leads Unity engineering at Kevuru Games, keeping Dev and QA cycles tight so builds stay stable from prototype to release.

Projects: A turn-based multiplayer battler, a mobile game with over 10 million installs on Android.

Inspiring challenge: Vitalii treats every build like physics: no excuses, no guesswork. Find the constraint, remove it, measure, repeat — that loop is what keeps him engaged.

What Drives Us

We stay curious.

Whether it is wiring up an IoT device inside Unity, pushing animation as far as it can go in VR, or using AI to move faster on the everyday work, we always try something new to improve our pipeline. New tech gets us excited, but only if it actually makes the game better.

That curiosity is grounded in discipline.

Good ideas only matter if they ship.

And for us, a shipped game has to be stable, bug-free, and built to create unique memories. That balance of imagination and rigor is what turns a bold concept into a game that players love.
