Olga came into 3D art with a background in classical drawing, painting, and architecture. That mix gave her both an artistic sense and the discipline of structural thinking.

She joined Kevuru Games nearly six years ago as a Middle 3D Environment Artist and, over time, became Head of the 3D Department. For several years, she also led the Stylized Environment team, which helped her gain strong experience in stylization while continuing to work with realistic art.

One of her first big leadership moments was on the City Builder project for Electronic Arts. The pace was fast, deadlines were tough, and requirements changed often. Olga kept the team focused, adapted quickly, and made sure the quality stayed high – an experience that shaped how she leads today.
