Business Development Manager
Kevuru Games is a leading European creative studio engaged in creating transformative entertainment projects for clients from all over the world. We are looking for Business Development Manager.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, conferences, networking)
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
- Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Work closely with production, account management, and marketing teams to align on client needs and delivery capabilities
- Attend and represent Kevuru Games at industry conferences and events (online and offline)
- Track and report on pipeline activity, KPIs, and revenue metrics using CRM tools
- Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts
- Collaborate on the development of BD strategies and go-to-market approaches
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in IT outsourcing or game development
- Proven track record of independently closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Strong understanding of the game development / game art outsourcing market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher — written and verbal)
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Confidence in leading negotiations with C-level and decision-making stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously without losing quality
Will Be a Plus
- Established network within the gaming or tech industry
- Experience participating in or preparing for international conferences (GDC, Gamescom, G-Star, etc.)
- Understanding of game production pipelines and workflows

Senior SMM Manager B2B

We are looking for Senior SMM Manager B2B.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own the SMM strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other relevant platforms with a B2B focus
- Create, plan, and publish content that resonates with decision-makers, game studios, and tech companies
- Manage and grow Kevuru’s social media presence: increase reach, engagement, and qualified inbound traffic
- Collaborate closely with BD, marketing, and design teams to align social content with company messaging and campaigns
- Run targeted paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) aimed at B2B audiences
- Produce and manage short-form video content for TikTok and Reels — from concept to publication
- Monitor, analyze, and report on channel performance using analytics tools; adjust strategy based on data
- Build and manage a content calendar with consistent posting cadence across all platforms
- Identify trends, viral formats, and industry conversations to leverage for brand visibility
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and industry discussions on behalf of the brand
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SMM, preferably in IT, game development, or tech B2B companies
- Proven track record of growing B2B audiences and generating leads through social media
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn as a B2B platform: organic growth, thought leadership, outreach
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram content formats and algorithms
- Strong copywriting skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); Ukrainian/Russian is a plus
- Experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
- Proficiency in analytics tools: Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics
- Ability to brief and work with designers and video editors to produce high-quality visuals
- Organized, data-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in the gaming or game art/development outsourcing industry
- Understanding of game industry culture, trends, and key players
- Experience with influencer marketing or brand ambassador programs in B2B
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)

We are looking for Middle Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple game art and development projects simultaneously from kickoff to final delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients: gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
- Build detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and proactively manage risks
- Lead cross-functional teams of artists, developers, QA, and other specialists
- Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and retrospectives with both clients and internal teams
- Identify scope changes, negotiate adjustments, and manage change requests effectively
- Ensure delivery quality by reviewing deliverables before client submission
- Collaborate with Account Management and BD teams to support upsells and project renewals
- Continuously improve internal processes, templates, and workflows for efficiency
- Mentor mid-level PMs and contribute to building the PM function within the studio
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a game development or art outsourcing studio
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects and international clients simultaneously
- Strong understanding of game development and game art production pipelines (3D, 2D, Animation, UE5/Unity)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
- Experience with project management tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar
- Solid skills in planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Ability to make decisions independently under pressure and in ambiguous situations
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating creative teams
Will Be a Plus
- PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
- Experience working directly with AAA game studios or major publishers
- Technical background in game art or game development
- Experience building or scaling PM processes in a growing studio
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a creative production context
