Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns, conferences, networking)
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations, proposals, and commercial offers
  • Work closely with production, account management, and marketing teams to align on client needs and delivery capabilities
  • Attend and represent Kevuru Games at industry conferences and events (online and offline)
  • Track and report on pipeline activity, KPIs, and revenue metrics using CRM tools

  • Collaborate on the development of BD strategies and go-to-market approaches

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management in IT outsourcing or game development
  • Proven track record of independently closing deals and hitting revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of the game development / game art outsourcing market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher — written and verbal)
  • Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
  • Confidence in leading negotiations with C-level and decision-making stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and projects simultaneously without losing quality

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the SMM strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other relevant platforms with a B2B focus
  • Create, plan, and publish content that resonates with decision-makers, game studios, and tech companies
  • Manage and grow Kevuru’s social media presence: increase reach, engagement, and qualified inbound traffic
  • Collaborate closely with BD, marketing, and design teams to align social content with company messaging and campaigns
  • Run targeted paid social campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) aimed at B2B audiences

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple game art and development projects simultaneously from kickoff to final delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients: gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction
  • Build detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and proactively manage risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams of artists, developers, QA, and other specialists
  • Conduct regular status meetings, reporting, and retrospectives with both clients and internal teams
